He is an All-India Rank holder in the CA – Final
Examination. Post qualification, he has been certified as
a Registered Valuer having specialization in valuation of
securities and financial assets, as a Concurrent auditor,
Forensic auditor and also holds a Diploma in Information
System Audits (DISA).

He has over 5years+ experience in Indirect taxation and looks after matters relating to GST compliances, consulting and litigation.

CA. SIDDHARTH MANDAWAT

Post qualification, he has been certified as a concurrent auditor, forensic auditor. He handles the Audit wing of the firm where he looks after Statutory Audits and Income Tax Audits.

Apart from audits, he also oversees all the compliances relating to Income-tax, RERA and MCA. He also delivers a wide range of services in the area of Internal-control, Management consultancy and cost-reduction strategies.

CA. MANASVI AJMERA

She has handled various assignments during her professional career which includes Statutory Audits, Taxation, Company law matters etc. Her core competency though, lies in handling Income-tax assessments and appeals.

She regularly appears before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunals and has handled complex matters relating to real-estate and manufacturing companies.

Anand is the finance expert in the team. He helps clients in planning for expansion and raising the funds as per the expansion plans through term loans, working capital loans, LCs, govt schemes, etc.

He has over 6 years + experience and has commendable experience in debt syndication, equity investment, merger and acquisition and startup funding.
